Johannesburg, 2019

I am a black biologist with a master's degree in Ecology and Evolution, as well as a skilled visual storyteller. With over a decade of experience as a wildlife photographer and filmmaker, I have dedicated my career to conservation projects in Brazil, primarily focusing on threatened species and the role humans play—both positively and negatively—in biodiversity recovery and decline.

I believe that true education stems from direct experience, which is why my goal is to bring nature closer to people, wherever they may be. By fostering a deep connection between seeing, feeling, and understanding, I aim to inspire meaningful change in our environment. My mission is to spark this transformation in all those who engage with my work.
